Another one bites the dust!
Yes folks, it’s happened again. This time in Brantford, go figure!
A developer in Brantford was contacted by Six Nations last Thursday and told he had to stop all development of a housing sub-division because the land he bought wasn’t his. It belongs to Six Nations. Sound familiar?
The developer of Mayberry Homes, Mike Quattrociocchi, says he did everything right, everything he was supposed to do. He bought the land, got the land title, got the building permits, then made the fatal mistake of thinking all was good for go and he was in the clear. Never mind the fact that by that time, even before any ground was broken, before any basement was poured, before he did anything else, he would have spent millions already.
Now, after being told to stop all development, he is frustrated. Now that’s an understatement.
And, as if that weren’t enough, last Friday, six natives paid him a visit and told him that if he didn’t stop all development they would get twenty to thirty more natives to come and occupy land he had legally purchased, and legally had received all necessary land title, deed, and building permits for. Lock, stock and barrel!
So who runs this province anyways? Not the spineless McGuinty government, a government that would fail to recognize leadership if it bit them in the you-know-what!
The police perhaps? Nope!
So far, not one single developer, not one single police force, not one single McGuinty government MPP has stood up for justice.
To be sure, the developers, and they are a growing number, have made noise, but to no avail. Development has been stopped in Caledonia, Dunnville, Hagersville, to name a few, and now in Brantford, again.
Spineless, leadership clueless governments have enabled radical natives to thwart development and progress. Any why not? They’ve been given the green light by the government to go ahead, bring economic terrorism to town after town. They’ve been told to go ahead, claim land parcel after land parcel, rightly or wrongly so, and you just never know, you may walk away with oodles and oodles of land and cash to boot.
One glimmer of hope though. October 10 is coming up fast. Why not dump the clueless, leadership challenged McGuinty Liberals. After all, you can’t get any worse form of government that one which doesn’t govern.

Red Power - Native Supremacy Movement in Ontario
Caledonia Wakeup Call has discovered that there is a Native Supremacy movement under way in Ontario. Some of the material has been proudly flaunted on Six Nations “reclamation” website, and at least one source of a new level of hate has been revealed. “Red Power Studios “has been manufacturing video’s encouraging the use of deadly force by Natives against Canadian citizens.
CSIS is investigating and we hope to have more information soon.
What we know to be true at this time is that these Native Supremacy videos have been circulating the internet for months now via multiple sources including the Six Nations “reclamation” site which is a chat board where people who support or take place in the Douglas Creek Estates occupation and other Native terrorist activities inflate one another’s ego.
The site was specifically set up to support the Douglas Creek Estates occupation in Caledonia and is a constant source of racist hatred toward non Natives or anyone who dares to speak against their terrorist, supremacist actions.
The message in the videos is neither subtle nor about “Aboriginal rights”. They boldly implore Natives to take up arms and attack the “evil” white man. They condemn negotiations as worthless and claim “the revolution is here”.
An excerpt from one of said videos. Burning bridges taking down, power lines 2007 it’s a sign of the times revolution’s real, feel my pain strap to a board and smash through your fucking brain. Ammonia Nitrate detonate a primer cord, hazard no more digging up the dawn, counter intelligence information aint gonna stop till I destroy your Nation, concerning non violence to hell with you all, fascist little bitches is the reason we fall.
Stare the enemy right in the eye, pull the pin prepare to die, residential schools attempted genocide, now it’s your turn to run and hide. Harper and McHale hope you burn in hell, you’ve done the right thing only time will tell. No one has ever called me a dirty Indian, down in Caledonia with the crosses burning, Canada sat down make a smart bomb, strapping myself up ready to get it on,
That is the cleanest portion of the language. One entitled “Killing for land “starts with the text “Igniting a revolution “another condones the terrorist attacks of 9/11 in the USA as justified.
The ideology of these people is clear. Hatred for everyone but Natives. The same ideology that fuels White Supremacist groups, Black Supremacist groups, a German Supremacist group that changed the world we live in, and now a Native Supremacy movement. To these people equality is a loathsome idea that can not be allowed to take place and we should all live in a world controlled by them or die.

How to Cover Up for a Disgraced Candidate before Election Time
McGuinty Damage Control Machine Kicks In
By Christine McHale
August 2, 2007
Since the story broke last week of how Mike Colle, FORMER Minister of Citizenship and Immigration went on a wild spending spree with Ontario taxpayers’ money, the McGuinty Damage Control Machine has kicked into high gear.
His statements such as, “I have had the opportunity to put thought into action for the betterment of Ontario,” are laughable in light of what has been exposed as scandalous spending of taxpayers’ money. Too bad Mike Colle didn’t put thought BEFORE action when he went on a wild spending spree.
The web page that so proudly proclaimed how Mike Colle delivered results, has suddenly been changed to list out reasons as to why he is running as a candidate in the riding of Eglinton-Lawrence. Here’s what was on Mike Colle’s web page before the Auditor General exposed the spending fiasco by Mike Colle’s ministry:

$1-billion in Negiotations: Netted no settlements
VICTORIA — An influential native leader is challenging the B.C. New Democratic Party to end its silence on a proposed land claims settlement on the eve of a critical vote.
If ratified, the Tsawwassen First Nation will have achieved only the second modern-day treaty in British Columbia, after the Nisga’a deal was signed almost a decade ago.
If the vote fails, it will be a major setback of the current treaty negotiation process, which has cost roughly $1-billion and netted no settlements to date.
The proposed treaty has divided B.C.’s New Democrats because it will, if approved by members of the Tsawwassen First Nation on Wednesday, allow development on protected farmland.

Petition: UBC Golf Course
To the Premier of British Columbia and the member for Point Grey the Honourable Gordon Campbell.
We the undersigned ask you and the Provincial Government to find an alternative method of compensating the Musqueam Indian Band regarding any entitlement they may have to the UBC golf Course. We believe that this golf course has been a vital recreation resource and an important part of the social fabric of Vancouver since 1929, particularly those of us who are lucky enough to live in Point Grey. Over the last seventy five years Vancouver has lost four key golf courses, Jericho, Hastings Park, Shaughnessy and Quilchena. Although Shaughnessy relocated to the Musqueam Land it will revert to the Musqueams in 2033 a short 26 years from now. With the recreational needs of seniors clearly on the increase in our community, it would be a terrible mistake to convert this precious resource into housing either for the private sector or the Musqueam Indian Band.

Natives frustrated over University Golf Club outcry
B.C. could have another Oka on its hands over the Musqueam band’s claims to the University Golf Club, says a prominent native leader.
First Nations summit leader Judith Sayers said natives are growing frustrated over local opposition to the Musqueam taking over the 50-hectare icon in one of Vancouver’s posh neighbourhoods.
“Here you’ve got a community [that has] had this issue for many, many years. You’ve got a proactive premier who wants to settle that. And then you’ve got all these people in Point Grey that don’t want to do it,” Sayers said yesterday. “People have got to see the reality of trying to resolve these issues before they reach the point of Caledonia or Oka.”
Sayers said residents should stay out of the issue, and let the negotiators find a deal.
The Musqueam are in private talks with the province to take over the golf club, which belongs to the University of B.C.
More than 500 people, many of them Point Grey residents, have signed a local petition opposing handing over the property to the Musqueam.

‘Ghetto dude’ gets apology from Premier
Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty apologized Sunday to a young job applicant who received an e-mail from a cabinet staffer referring to him as a “ghetto dude.”
Evon Reid, who is one credit short of a political science degree from the University of Toronto, applied for a position as a media analyst with the Ontario government and last week e-mailed the cabinet office to follow up. Aileen Siu, an office worker, replied: “This is the ghetto dude that I spoke to before.”
Ms. Siu intended to forward the message to co-workers, but mistakenly sent the response to Mr. Reid, who is black.
Sunday, Mr. McGuinty phoned Mr. Reid and “apologized for the completely unacceptable incident … and he thanked Evon for having the courage to go public,” said Chris Morley, a spokesman for Mr. McGuinty.

Tories move towards one fishery
Black Press - Posted on BC: Maple Ridge News
Can the federal Conservative government plan to create one fishery in B.C. appease both commercial and aboriginal fishermen and finally bring peace to the fractious Fraser River?
“What we’re trying to do will increase First Nation participation in the commercial fishery,” Chilliwack-Fraser Canyon MP Chuck Strahl said Monday after announcing the plan in Vancouver with Fisheries Minister Loyola Hearn.
And it will eventually replace the aboriginal fishing strategy, a program critics – including Prime Minister Stephen Harper – have called a race-based commercial fishery with a “shared fishery” based on one set of rules.

County demands action from Ottawa
Haldimand County council has demanded that Prime Minister Stephen Harper assign Haldimand Norfolk MP Diane Finley to represent the municipality in land claims negotiations in order to prevent economic disaster.“She needs to be at every (Haldimand) planning meeting, every community meeting and first-hand at the negotiating table,” said Coun. Don Ricker, who represents Moulton, Sherbrooke and Dunn. “Haldimand County should not be kept from any (negotiating) table. This is our issue … If this moves forward, this is going to help Haldimand County and Canada.”This week Trainer said Haldimand County was “a pilot project for the natives to see what can happen” with occupations. Caledonia, Dunnville, Hagersville and other parts of the county have “become lightning rods for First Nations frustrations over land claim inaction by the federal government” , she read.

Cop cleared in war of words
The Hamilton Spectator
A Hamilton police officer has been cleared of accusations of discreditable conduct for criticizing Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino for their handling of the Caledonia native land claim dispute.
Fantino filed a formal complaint in February against David Hartless, a Hamilton constable whose Caledonia home backs onto the native-occupied, former Douglas Creek Estates, alleging a widespread e-mail Hartless sent was “venomous” and represented “conduct unbecoming” a police officer.
Hartless did not refer to himself as a Hamilton police officer in his Feb. 17 e-mail.
Fantino complained to Hamilton Police Chief Brian Mullan, telling him “the OPP have had enough of this nonsense.”
A spokesman for Fantino’s office said yesterday the OPP respect the findings of the Halton investigation and will not comment further. (Edit: Because they LOST)
Hamilton police agreed to issue a statement indicating Hartless — a frequent and vociferous critic of the OPP and the provincial government’s handling of the Caledonia situation — had committed no wrong.

Grice puts McGuinty’s re-election ahead of residents
If there is anyone on Haldimand Council who should know what Caledonia residents have suffered through, and who is to blame for it, you’d think it would be Craig Grice, Councillor for Ward 3, especially since he lives close to the Douglas Creek Estates.
Apparently not.
According to Donna Pitcher’s report on her exclusive interview with Mayor Trainer today, the entire council (with the exception of Lorne Boyko who was out of town) stood against the Mayor’s desire to hold the province accountable for its failures in the County’s July 09/07 news release.
Councillor Grice is the same guy who has attended several March for Freedom events yet, on April 12/07, when asked about Fantino’s threatening email to Council, said “I have never supported the Marches in Caledonia. I think they send the totally wrong message.”

Province trying to avoid Ombudsman
Ontario’s government must cringe every time Andre Marin opens his mouth. That’s because Ontario’s ombudsman rarely has a nice thing to say, which is understandable when you are charged with the task of being the province’s watchdog.
He is currently probing allegations against the Special Investigations Unit, a civilian agency charged with the task of investigating incidents between police departments and the public. But, according to the most recent criticism by Marin, the list of his targets could be, and should be, a lot longer.
The problem, he says, is that the government is deliberately trying to skirt his office to avoid his scathing criticisms.
“From the government’s perspective, the risk is much more contained when you go out and hire a contractor,” Marin said last week.
Marin’s assessment stems from the Ministry of Community Safety hiring an outside investigator, at added cost to taxpayers, to investigate the actions of OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino in relation to the land claim issue in Caledonia.
The McGuinty government has proven adept at blatantly detouring controversy by simply avoiding that which is controversial. In this case, it is Marin.
A month ago, it was displayed by the premier himself during question period.
It was at the height of the slush fund scandal, when the government was under fire for distributing grants to community groups, some with direct ties to the Liberals, with no formal application process or notification that the money was available.
At the time, NDP Leader Howard Hampton asked McGuinty to apologize for inferring the opposition parties were racist for questioning this use of taxpayer money.
Instead of apologizing, McGuinty went on a rambling verbal journey into health care.
In a stunning snub, he simply ignored the question put to him by another party leader.
It’s that attitude that has McGuinty in a pre-election flurry, re-promising promises he has already broken.

McHale sues Haldimand County, Fantino, OPP association
The Hamilton Spectator(Jun 11, 2007)
A Richmond Hill man who runs a website critical of the provincial police’s conduct in Caledonia has responded to a $7.2-million lawsuit filed against him by 22 OPP officers who say they were defamed on his site with his own counter claim.
Gary McHale announced the launch of his own suit yesterday afternoon at a town hall meeting in Caledonia.

Ipperwash Inquiry - Where’s Mike Harris when you need him?
People are disappointed with the recommendations coming out of the Ipperwash Inquiry, but they shouldn’t come as a surprise.
The same old reactionary approach to dealing with native occupations should have been expected last week. The McGuinty Liberals never intended to get to the root of such standoffs, but rather wanted to see former Premier Mike Harris crash and burn.
Justice Sidney Linden was given a mandate to 1. lead an independent public inquiry into the events surrounding the death of Dudley George in 1995 and 2. “to make recommendation to help avoid violence in similar circumstances.”
The mandate says nothing about upholding laws and justice, or deciphering right from wrong. His task was essentially: How to react when a bunch of natives come and claim land? The report could be called Damage control in the face of accepted native terrorism.
How pointless was this report, $25 million later?

Pinocchio Premier
Forgive us for being a tad bit cynical over Premier Dalton McGuinty’s recent pledge that he would not raise taxes if re-elected this October.
We all remember McGuinty’s infamous pledge during the 2003 election campaign: “I won’t cut your taxes… but I won’t raise them either.”
In 2004, the Pinocchio Premier and his Gepetto Finance Minister Greg Sorbara announced the dreaded $2.4 billion health premium, which cost taxpayers between $300 to $900 a year, depending on income. So much for the promise not to raise taxes.

Dalton McGuinty to Hamilton: Tell me what you want
What should be on Hamilton’s wish list? The Lister Block? Downtown rejuvenation? The cleanup of Randle Reef? Premier Dalton McGuinty threw the gauntlet down yesterday, asking Hamiltonians what he should put “provincial muscle” behind.
“Where should we go, because we want to help?” McGuinty asked in an hour-long meeting with The Spectator’s editorial board yesterday. “Let’s get energized and excited. What would make Hamilton the best place to live? What will make you feel better about your city?”
The premier also said the province is willing to contribute cash to the Lister Block renewal, but shied away from giving a dollar figure.
“Results matter,” he said when asked about the broken promises that have been fodder for the opposition. (Edit: Then the ends justify any means according to McGuinty)

Spectator: Get while the getting’s good
It’s election season, which means this city should be putting the squeeze on our vote-hungry provincial government, looking for cash to help bankroll big-ticket items on the local to-do list.
The Ontario Liberals seem eager to be tapped. Premier Dalton McGuinty came to town this week and essentially dared Hamilton to pitch some projects that could use the province’s financial horsepower.
Is he being politically crass? Sure he is.
Should we exploit his situation? You bet.
This city has a lot of issues crying out for attention: poverty, crumbling infrastructure, lost industrial jobs, harbour pollution, downtown renewal, and so on.

Freepress: Dalton McRaddler “I’m telling the truth this time”
It’s almost an Ontario legend if indeed there is such a thing. During the 2003 provincial election campaign, Liberal leader Dalton McGuinty looked straight into the cameras and told Ontarians that they wouldn’t pay one penny more in taxes under his government than they were paying under the then-PC government. Then, after being elected with a majority in October 2003, the 2004 Budget contained not just a tax increase but the largest tax increase in the history of the province. Many Ontarians who voted Liberal, no doubt because McGuinty promised no tax increases, were forced to ship up to 90,000 more of their pennies off to Queen’s Park. The lie didn’t stop there. McGuinty at first denied that his new health tax was even a tax; it was a health care “premium”.
Then, last weekend while speaking to the converted at a Liberal party meeting, McGuinty promised that if re-elected he will not increase taxes during his second term. Like any person who finds fibbing a relatively easy thing to do, McGuinty rationalized his dishonesty. “I’m in charge, McGuinty said, “I’m not hiding a deficit.” So it’s okay to lie as long as you’re not in charge.
McGuinty’s “I’m telling the truth this time” was reminiscent of David Radler’s recent testimony at the Conrad Black trial.
